Este primer reporte presenta información sobre el proyecto Fairwork en Perú, que busca evidenciar la necesidad de mejorar las condiciones laborales de los trabajadores y trabajadoras en plataformas digitales. Se presentan datos relevantes sobre el contexto laboral y legal en el que se desenvuelven estos trabajadores, así como los criterios que se utilizan para evaluar a las plataformas digitales de acuerdo a los principios propuestos por Fairwork. Además, se incluyen historias de trabajadores que ilustran las situaciones que enfrentan en su trabajo diario.
Los resultados indican que hay mucho trabajo por hacer para mejorar las condiciones laborales en plataformas digitales en Perú, y que se necesitan esfuerzos continuos para promover un trabajo justo y digno en este sector.
