Hadeel Alqudah is a Senior Researcher and Advocacy Trainer specializing in human rights and sustainable development, with over 10 years of experience in socio-economic research, gender studies, policy analysis, and capacity building. Her work focuses on social protection, decent work, and gender equality in Jordan and the MENA region. She has led and contributed to numerous policy papers, assessment studies, and human rights reports, and has designed and delivered rights-based, SDGs-aligned, and intersectional training programs in collaboration with civil society organizations, government institutions, and international partners.
